This file is the text of the speech delivered by Dr. Lyle W. Morgan II (Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor Member WWW, Silver Beaver) at Ozark Trails Council's Eagle Recognition Banquet on Sunday, February 12, 1995, at Springfield, MO.  Dr. Morgan will be recognized on June 7, 1995 as one of the National Eagle Scout Association's "Distinguished Eagle Scouts".  He is Professor of English at Pittsburg State University at Pittsburg, KS.  An outstanding challenge regarding values and excellence in life and in Scouting!
